Our recruitment team takes an active part in managing the relationship and will consider replacing each candidate that successfully completes an assignment based on any current client needs. Apex Life Sciences also maintains a job history on every employee, so updating skill assessments and competencies to facilitate appropriate job matches may proactively help employees find and transition to subsequent assignments after the current assignment is completed.
Apex Life Sciences has very competitive wages and comprehensive and flexible benefit programs. Many assignments offer incentive programs that also include bonuses paid upon successful completion of the assignment.
Contract employees are paid weekly by check, direct deposit, or CashPay card (U.S. only). Typically contract employees’ pay is based on the number of hours worked and the position's pay rate. Direct Hire employees are paid in accordance with our client’s payroll policies.
The majority of contract workers join Apex Life Sciences after hearing about us from our current employees. Referral bonuses are paid to current Apex Life Sciences employees once the referred employee has completed 200 hours of their assignment.
